Generative AI accelerates long-term demand growth in the semiconductor market

In 2025, the global semiconductor industry continued to face headwinds from a weak global macroeconomic environment, geopolitical conflicts, tariff issues arising from trade protectionism, and supply chain dispersion. Despite these challenging circumstances, the Company demonstrated strong resilience by capturing the surge in semiconductor demand driven by generative AI, leading to significant revenue growth. Looking ahead, in the face of geopolitical uncertainties in the global economy, the rapid development of generative AI technologies, and the transformation of the electronics supply chain, the Company will continue to leverage its integration with Future Electronics to further refine its global footprint in the electronic components market. Our goals are to steadily increase market share and enhance profitability, while simultaneously optimizing operational management systems and strengthening risk management to improve operational efficiency. By deepening our ability to deliver added value across the electronic components industry chain, we aim to build a foundation for sustainable business operations.

Revenue from sustainable economic activities reached 57.1%

In accordance with the Reference Guidelines for the Determination of Sustainable Economic Activities, Version 2, issued by the Financial Supervisory Commission at the end of 2024, the guidelines help enterprises identify which economic activities qualify as sustainable activities and guide capital and companies toward these areas. WT has long managed the application areas of its sales products in a systematic manner, providing optimized service requirements for customers and assisting customers in developing products that meet sustainability requirements. Based on these guidelines, we analyzed the application areas of existing products that qualify as sustainable economic activities (ordinary economic activities/enabling activities), including computers and peripheral equipment, Other low-carbon and circular economy technologies, Manufacture of energy-efficient equipment and technologies, and Renewable energy generation, installations and related equipment. In 2025, the percentage reached 57.1%.
