Headquartered in Taiwan, WT established dual headquarters in Taipei and Montreal following its acquisition of Future Electronics. The company represents over 400 top-tier global semiconductor suppliers and serves more than 25,000 premium customers. To date, WT operates 160 locations across over 40 countries spanning five continents, building a highly extensive and integrated marketing network.

Although the global semiconductor industry faced uncertainties in the first half of 2025 due to tariffs and exchange rate fluctuations, demand for artificial intelligence (AI) semiconductors surged significantly in the second half of the year. Concurrently, Western markets gradually recovered following the completion of inventory destocking, leading to quarter-over-quarter market growth. The company achieved strong growth in key application areas, including data centers and communications. Coupled with effective cost controls and optimized operational and financial expense management, the company successfully delivered robust earnings growth.
