Temporal Scope
This report was first published in 2017 and is released once a year. This report covers the period from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025.
Organizational Scope
Discloses the sustainability performance of the parent company and all entities under the consolidated financial statements. Unless otherwise specified in the text, all disclosed information covers all entities under the consolidated financial statements. If performance data from all operational sites is not fully disclosed, explanatory notes are provided, and the detailed disclosure scope is listed in “5-9 Scope of Information Disclosure.”
 
 
 
About the Disclosure
Financial Performance
Financial data is based on the financial reports audited by PricewaterhouseCoopers Taiwan (PwC Taiwan). Currency used for financial disclosures is New Taiwan Dollars (NTD).
Non-Financial Performance
Other relevant data in this report are self-compiled by the report disclosure team based on the past five years of data, using conventional numerical descriptions and rounding to the nearest whole number. However, considering that some performance information has been collected for fewer than five years or cannot be fully verified for accuracy, only one to four years of data are disclosed.
 
 
 
Compilation Process
This report was compiled by a report disclosure team composed of designated personnel from each department. The initial draft was consolidated and revised by the Sustainable Development Team. After further revision and confirmation of accuracy by the report disclosure team, it was reviewed by the Chief Sustainability Officer and then subjected to third-party external verification. After obtaining the verification report, it was submitted to the Sustainable Development Committee for review and finally approved by the Board of Directors. Relevant information and performance metrics of this report are also disclosed on WT Microelectronics’ ESG official website.
